Baby routine statement
Routines for babies are based on each child's individual needs, home routine, and developmental stage. Feeding, sleeping, nappy changing, and play times are responsive to each baby's cues rather than a fixed timetable. As a result, routines in the baby room may vary from the general room schedule to ensure each child receives personalised care that supports their wellbeing, comfort, and development. Families are consulted regularly to maintain consistency between home and the service, with routines reviewed and adjusted as children's needs change.
